1、 System background:

The 2014 Qingdao World Horticultural Exposition is a non trade exhibition displaying the world's horticultural products and scientific and technological achievements. It is known as the "Olympic event" of the world's horticultural culture and garden science. As the total planning area of the Qingdao International Horticultural Exposition Park of this Expo is as high as 241 hectares, and the main building venues such as theme pavilion, Tianshui Dichi area and botanical pavilion have certain requirements for water quality, our company (Beijing Juying Electronics) has successfully developed and designed a water quality monitoring system for this World Horticultural Exposition according to the requirements of relevant managers of the Expo.

According to the requirements of Qingdao World Expo, the water quality monitoring system realizes real-time monitoring of nine parameters such as permanganate, total phosphorus, total nitrogen, ammonia nitrogen, pH, dissolved oxygen, conductivity, turbidity and temperature at the water quality monitoring points of the Expo, and alarms when the water quality exceeds the limit, so as to ensure the water quality during the Expo.

2、 System composition

The designed water quality monitoring system consists of software and hardware.

1. The hardware part is: field telemetry unit;

Relevant equipment and functions of field telemetry unit are as follows:

Field control box (including RTU), which is located between the sensor and the central server and is responsible for data acquisition and transmission.

Permanganate detector, function: monitor the permanganate concentration of water quality

Total phosphorus and total nitrogen, function: monitor the content of total phosphorus and total nitrogen

Five parameters: monitoring pH, dissolved oxygen, conductivity, turbidity and temperature

K301a, function: monitor the current ammonia nitrogen content

2. The software is divided into: Central server-side software and remote customer monitoring side software. The software belongs to C / S framework structure.

(1) The related software and functions of the central server are as follows:

The central server software is used to collect and store the data of the on-site telemetry unit, maintain the equipment connection, control the equipment status, and maintain the remote client request.

Configuration software, function: remote configuration of telemetry unit parameters

Debugging software, function: monitoring server data flow, telemetry unit data flow, etc

(2) The remote client monitoring software and its functions are as follows:

The water quality online monitoring software is installed on Windows Server 2003 or above computers. Its function is to display the water quality information on the customer's computer in real time in a graphical and formatted way.

3、 System function

The water quality monitoring system fully integrates software and hardware equipment resources, can realize all-weather remote automatic monitoring of the monitored water quality, and can completely record the dynamic change process of water quality data at each monitoring point. The software adopts C / S structure design, which is divided into server software and client software.

The functions realized are as follows:

1. Remotely control the opening and closing of submersible pump for water intake analysis;

2. Real time monitoring of water quality changes, including the following parameters: permanganate, total phosphorus, total nitrogen, ammonia nitrogen, pH, dissolved oxygen, conductivity, turbidity, temperature and other nine parameters;

3. After the water quality exceeds the limit, the water quality alarm can be carried out; Alarm methods include: software alarm and SMS alarm; Software alarm sends out alarm sound to alarm, and short message alarm is to send alarm short message to relevant responsible person.

4. Realize Map GIS display; Through GIS map, the distribution of water quality monitoring points and the water quality data monitored by the monitoring points can be displayed intuitively.

5. The image query function is realized. By setting the start time of the query, the query results can be imported into excel table, and the manual photographing function can be realized.

6. Realize the dynamic display of the overall structure of the system; Through the flash animation of the equipment, you can directly see the working state of relevant equipment.

7. Realize the function of querying historical data to generate curve, and generate curve by setting the time of year, month and day, which is convenient for staff to conduct intuitive data analysis.

8. Realize the function of historical data statistics; Historical data can be generated by setting the time of year, month and day, and imported into excel table.

9. Realize multi-user and multi authority allocation. Permissions can be assigned according to users, such as super administrator, administrator, operator, monitor and headquarters monitor.

5、 Summary

The water quality monitoring system fully combines the needs of users and the on-site situation of water quality monitoring points, and adopts the monitoring equipment of our company, which not only saves the equipment cost, but also reduces the construction difficulty.

On the basis of fully meeting the needs of users, the water quality monitoring system also designs the functions of trend analysis, short message alarm and multi center monitoring, which truly realizes the real-time monitoring of water quality and the real-time management of water quality monitoring.
